Joe Hisaishi in France in 2022 – (Lille, Nantes, Bordeaux)
Tickets go on sale today for 3 special concerts conducted by Joe Hisaishi in France in October 2022, dedicated to the music of Studio Ghibli and Hayao Miyazaki.
Organized by uGo&Play, these concerts will be performed by the 160 musicians and choristers of the Yellow Socks Orchestra, offering the best music of Joe Hisaishi in symphonic format, with works such as Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, and many others.
The concerts, which will last 2h 20m with 20 minutes of intermission, will allow immersing in the world of Miyazaki with the projection of film excerpts on a giant screen to the sound of the orchestra, giving new life to the timeless work created by Hisaishi and Miyazaki.
The 3 concerts will be held on the following dates and locations:
