Oscars 92nd edition – Winners
Yesterday, Sunday, February 9, 2020, the 92nd edition of the Oscars was celebrated at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood.
The Oscar for the best original score went to Hildur Gudnadottir for Joker, as it could be foreseen, after having received the following awards: Golden Globe, BAFTA, Critics Choice, SCL Award, Hollywood Music In Media Awards and Satellite Award.
As for the best original song, the award went to (I’m Gonna) Love Me Again – Rocketman (Music – Elton John / Lyric – Bernie Taupin). Note that the Korean movie ‘Parasite’ was the surprise of the night, winning the Oscars for Best Picture, Best International Feature Film, Best Directing (Bong Joon Ho), and the Best Original Screenplay.
