The music of Williams, Zimmer and James Bond for the ‘Raymond Gubbay Christmas Festival’ in London
Next week, a concert series named ‘Raymond Gubbay Christmas Festival’ will offer three special events dedicated to film music at the Barbican Hall in London (UK).
The first concert will be on Thursday, December 27th at 19:30h, entitled ‘The Best of John Williams’ with the London Concert Orchestra conducted by Anthony Inglis, performing John Williams’ classics such as Jaws, ET, Hook, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Superman or Harry Potter.

The second concert will be on Saturday, December 29th at 14:30h, entitled ‘The Music of Bond’ with the London Concert Orchestra conducted by John Rigby, and the voices of Tim Howar and Gemma Sutton, performing music from famous James Bond’s movies such as Diamonds are Forever, The Spy Who Loved Me, Goldfinger or From Russia with Love.

And the third and last concert will be on Sunday, December 30th at 14:30h, entitled ‘The Music of Zimmer vs Williams’ with the London Concert Orchestra conducted by Anthony Inglis, performing music from epic movies from both composers such as Inception, Gladiator, Superman, Raiders of the Lost Ark or The Dark Knight Rises.
