World Soundtrack Awards 2021 – Eleni Karaindrou – Gala tickets

The World Soundtrack Awards festival will celebrate its 21st edition on Saturday, 23 October 2021 in Ghent (Belgium), honoring Greek composer Eleni Karaindrou.

 

Best known for her close collaboration with director Theo Angelopoulos, Eleni Karaindrou will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award during the World Soundtrack Awards Ceremony & Concert, to be held on 23 October 2021, for the first time ever in the Opera of Ghent, as the traditional closing event of 48th edition of Film Fest Ghent (12 – 23 October).

 

WSA Industry Days will be celebrated 20-23 October, with a program yet to be defined, and Friday, 22 October, will be the day of the annual thematic concert. Both concerts will be performed by the Brussels Philharmonic conducted by Maestro Dirk Brossé.

 

Eleni Karaindrou will be one of the central guests at the WSA Ceremony & Concert and will accompany the Brussels Philharmonic on piano.
