Dogtanian – Recording Sessions – Pictures & video

From June 22-27, the soundtrack for the animated film ‘Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds’ was recorded at the Baluarte Auditorium in Pamplona/Iruña (Navarra, Spain).

With a soundtrack composed by Manel Gil-Inglada and orchestrated by Ferran Cruixent, the recording sessions were prepared by sound engineer Mikel F Krutzaga and featured the Orquesta Sinfónica de Navarra conducted by Vanessa Garde, the Orfeón Pamplones choir conducted by Igor Ijurra and the kids’ choir conducted by Juan Gainza.

Special mention to the voices of Cristina Ramos and Serafín Zubiri, who performed the song ‘Al Mirarte a Tí / When I See Your Face’ composed especially for the film by Guido and Maurizio De Angelis; being this the love song between Dogtanian and Juliette.

Tomorrow, Monday, we will publish a full article on the sessions,  that featured the film’s director Toni García and the creator of the original series Claudio Biern Boyd. Meanwhile, here you can see a detailed photo report and a video with the ‘Making Of’.
