‘A tribute to John Williams Strikes Back’ concert in Paris
Next February 18th, Saturday, a special concert dedicated to the music of John Williams will be held at the Grand Rex in Paris named ‘A tribute to John Williams Strikes Back‘, with two sessions, 4 pm and 9 pm.
This concert, which could be considered the continuation of the one offered last year in the same place (named “A Tribute to John Williams: Music from the Films of Steven Spielberg“), will be in charge of the Sinfonia Pop Orchestra, conducted by Constantin Rouits, and will include music from the films Harry Potter I – III and Star Wars I – VII, as well as a compilation of varied music from famous films by John Williams.
As a curiosity, note that there will be two guests of honor:
- Star Wars: Anthony Daniels, also known as C-3PO, who will be present on stage and will have a signing session (only with VIP tickets).
- Harry Potter: Adrian Rawlins, also known as James Potter, Harry Potter’s father, who will be present on stage and will have a signing session (only with VIP tickets).
The concert will not include projection of film clips, and at musical level, the planned program is as follows:
