But before the ceremony, two special masterclasses will be celebrated at the Hrvatski dom Split – koncertna dvorana, involving some of the 2022 Camille Awards nominees and the international jury. Whether you are a professional, a student, or a film music lover, through these talks, you’ll get to know first-hand the protagonists behind the scores we all love.

First Panel – 14:30 – 15:45: #ComposerLife

The panelists will be sharing their career stories, what inspired them to become a composer, what are some takeaways given the variety of opportunities they had: whether they started composing for other genres (theatre for example), if they did any commercial works, or worked for art installations, etc.

The panel will be moderated by Chris Smith, member of the Camille Awards Steering Group, and feature composers: Miriam Cutler, Dominik Scherrer, and Johan Söderqvist.
