Max Richter concert in Leipzig (Germany)

Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 23 at 8:00 PM, composer Max Richter will perform at the Museum Der Bildenden Künste in Leipzig (Germany), to fully interpret the album that was his solo debut in 2002, ‘Memoryhouse‘, before he started to compose music for films and TV series in 2003.

 

This album, which was defined as an experimental album of documentary music, was recorded with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, and explores imaginary and real histories, being cataloged as a great work of neoclassic composition.

 

The concert, which will mix orchestral, electronic, ambient sounds and poetry reading, will have the resident artists Mari & Håkon Samuelsen, a promising and young string duo from Norway.
