Roma FMF 2025 – 4th edition – Film Music Talks
The 4th edition of the Roma Film Music Festival will start soon, on Sunday, April 6th, being celebrated till April 12th. Curated by Massimo Privitera (Colonnesonore.net) and festival director Marco Patrignani, the traditional ‘Film Music Talks’ will be held April 7-11 with names such as: Claudio Simonetti, Paul Buonvino, Stephen Mainetti, Andy Hill, Ray Costa, Jeff Beal, or Diego Navarro, among others.
Eleven appointments with great protagonists of Music and Cinema; musicians, directors, composers, critics and producers take turns in a calendar that opens the doors of Hall A of Forum Studios (here many of the most beautiful soundtracks of all time were recorded) and the new Forum Theatre.

Plus, the special event, screening of the movie “Il ètait une fois – MICHEL LEGRAND” on Saturday, April 12 @ Forum Studios, moderated by violinist Pierluigi Pietroniro.
Special screening of Il était une fois Michel Legrand (Cannes Film Festival 2024) with director David Hertzog Dessites. The film celebrates three-time Oscar-winning composer Michel Legrand. Opening is an exclusive backstage look at Ennio Morricone’s En Mai Fais Ce Qu’il Te Plaît. Pierluigi Pietroniro moderates (tickets).
