ROSS – 2020-2021 Season – Film Music concerts ‘Williams-Morricone’ & meetings
The Real Orquesta Sinfónica de Sevilla – Royal Symphony Orchestra of Seville (ROSS) presented yesterday, Wednesday, July 8th, its 2020-2021 season, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary and will include three special film music concerts.
The first two concerts will focus on the legendary composers granted with the Princess of Asturias Award for the Arts 2020: John Williams and Ennio Morricone (read more).
These concerts, entitled ‘Film Music John Williams and Ennio Morricone’, will be held on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th March 2021 at 20h at the Cartuja Center CITE in Seville (Spain), with a conductor and a program to be determined.

The third concert, entitled ‘Film Music’, will have a reduced chamber format, and will be held on Sunday, March 7th, at 12:00h in the Sala Turina, with a program also to be determined:

In addition, at the press conference, special mention was made of the desire to recover the Cycle of International Film Music Meetings, which had been taking place in Seville for years, with great success among fans and professionals in the sector.
