The 2nd edition of FIMUCS, the International Film Music Festival of Seville, will finally be held from January 26 to 28, 2023. 📅🎵

The 2nd edition of FIMUCS, the International Film Music Festival of Seville, scheduled for October 2022, is postponed for three months and will finally be held from January 26 to 28, 2023. 📅🎵
In September we will give you more information about this change and about the contents of the festival, and we hope you will like the surprise we are preparing for you. 🎶✨😊
But as we know that the waiting is being long, and we didn’t want to leave 2022 without a concert, on Sunday, October 16, we will celebrate a special concert entitled “From Broadway to Hollywood”, jointly organized by ROSS and FIMUCS, within the orchestra’s programming. 🎻🎹🎼
The concert will have a program focused on pieces coming from the musical theater that have been taken to the cinema, or musical films that have been taken to the stage. Its musical director will be the maestro Alfonso Casado, who will also participate in its production, thanks to his extensive experience as a director in London’s West End. 🎶🎟🎭
More news about the concert in October, as well as about a very special second edition of FIMUCS, just around the turn of the summer. 🌞🎵
The festival is organized by the Real Orquesta Sinfónica de Sevilla – ROSS, Loyola University, the promoter Sevilla Film Orchestra, and SoundTrackFest.
