Final Symphony Tour 2018

There are several official tours dedicated to the music of the Final Fantasy video games saga, and in this article we have to talk about one that has been going all over Europe for years, the tour called Final Symphony, of which we published a story last week about the final concert to be offered this Saturday 17th of March by the Bratislava Symphony Orchestra at the Wiener Konzerthaus in Vienna (Austria) – (read news).

The Final Symphony tour includes music from the video games Final Fantasy VI, VII and X, composed by Nobuo Uematsu and Masashi Hamauzu, as well as a special introduction composed for the occasion by Jonne Valtonen, who is arranger of all the themes of the concert together with Roger Wanamo.

The quality of Final Symphony’s arrangements and orchestrations has been praised on multiple occasions, since they have been prepared in collaboration with the original composers, leading also in 2015 to the recording of an album called ‘Final Symphony’ with the London Symphony Orchestra at the Abbey Road studios in London.
