Camille Awards 2026 – Nominees

Today, April 23rd, ECSA – European Composer and Songwriter Alliance has announced the nominees for the 2026 edition of the Camille Awards, which will be celebrated on 22 September 2026 in Vienna, Austria, where the prestigious Tonkünstler Orchestra will celebrate all nominated works. The ceremony will be hosted by ECSA member Austrian Composers (ACOM).

ECSA is excited to reveal the nominees of the 2026 edition of the Camille Awards. This year, the Camille Awards will honour composers of original music for audiovisual works in the categories “Best Film Score”, “Best Score for a Feature Documentary” and “Best Original Music for a Drama Series”.

 

Nominees for “Best Film Score”

  • Ginevra Nervi (Italy) for “18 Holes to Paradise”, directed by João Nuno Pinto
  • John Gürtler & Jan Miserre(Germany) for “The Outrun”, directed by Nora Fingscheidt
  • Laetitia Pansanel-Garric(France) for “Hola Frida”, directed by André Kadi & Karine Vézina

 

Nominees for “Best Score for a Feature Documentary”

  • Anna Rice(Ireland) for “Our Blue World”, directed by Ruán Magan
  • Katharina Nuttall(Sweden) for “Filmen om Siw (My life as Siw)”, directed by Stina Gardell
  • Joseba Beristain(Spain) for “Kantauri”, directed by Isaías Cruz & Xabier Mina

 

Nominees for “Best Original Music for a Drama Series”

  • Iván M. Lacámara & Álvaro Peire(Spain) for “Zorro”, directed by Javier Quintas, Jorge Saavedra, & José Luis Alegría
  • Stefano Mainetti(Italy) for “I Casi di Teresa Battaglia – Ninfa dormiente”, directed by Enrico Rosati
  • Halfdan E.(Denmark) for “Reservatet”, directed by Per Fly

 

In the next and final selection phase, an international jury of renowned composers will elect the final winners in each category. The award winners will be announced at the Camille Awards ceremony, taking place on 22nd September in Vienna, Austria, where the prestigious Tonkünstler Orchestra will celebrate all nominated works. The ceremony will be hosted by ECSA member Austrian Composers (ACOM).


ECSA will soon announce the winner of a fourth, additional award: the Outstanding Contribution Award.
