On March 4, Joe Hisiashi will conduct the Japan Century Symphony Orchestra in a world premiere of his work “Variation 57-Concerto for two pianos and orchestra”. The piano part will be performed by Aya Sakamoto & Lisa Sakamoto (Piano Duo Sakamoto).
The program will be as follows:
- Arvo Pärt – Festina lente
- Joe Hisaishi – Variation 57-Concerto for two pianos and orchestra (Orchestra version world premiere)
- Sergei Prokofiev – Symphony No. 7 in C sharp minor, Op. 131
