Wednesday 18/10/17 – 20:30h – Live Music for the Graphic Novel ‘Evelyn’

Composing a soundtrack for a graphic novel instead of for a conventional movie was an idea that composer Inma Galiot had in mind for a while. She chose Andrés G. Leiva’s “Evelyn” because its fascinating dark atmosphere in black and white and its wax drawings, could perfectly match a mysterious music. After the animated movies expert Anna Levinson adapted the book into the video and dubbing actors gave voice to the characters, Inma Gailot’s music turned the comic into a movie.
