Prague Proms 2021 – James Newton Howard [CANCELLED]

“Dear friends and supporters of the Prague Proms festival,

 

We did our best to keep our promise and perform the James Newton Howard Live in Concert on July 9, 2021.

 

The dramaturgy of the festival overcomes new obstacles, it must constantly cope with the uncertainty that we all are facing with.

 

Unfortunately, the current epidemiological situation still does not favor cultural events.

 

A concert of this scope, in addition with the participation of a foreign guest, requires the completion of partial steps several months in advance.

 

Uncertainty is amplified by the limited cross-border movement of persons.

 

We must also take into account the development of the epidemic abroad, where the performers come from.

 

After careful consideration, we decided to cancel the concert.

 

As a replacement, we offer you a voucher in the value of your tickets.

 

You can use the voucher not only when buying tickets for INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL PRAGUE PROMS concerts, but also for concerts of the CZECH NATIONAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.

The voucher is valid until December 31, 2023.
