World Soundtrack Awards 2018 – Recording of ‘Carter Burwell: Music for Film’ album
A selection of the World Soundtrack Award’s main guest’s music, Carter Burwell, will be recorded and released for the annual ‘Music for Film’ album. The recording will be performed by the Brussels Philharmonic and conducted by Dirk Brossé, on August 20-22, at Flagey’s Studio 4 in Brussels (Belgium).

The album will include exclusive and unpublished tracks from ‘The Spanish Prisoner’ and ‘Olive Kitteridge’, being the first compilation album of Burwell’s film scores ever released, licensed by Silva Screen Records and recorded, mixed & mastered by MotorMusic.
Buyers of tickets for the World Soundtrack Awards gala concert will have the opportunity to buy an autographed copy of the album for 15 € when ordering tickets. After September 15th, the album can only be obtained through Film Fest Gent‘s web shop for 20 €.
