Galicia Symphony Orchestra goes to the movies in September

Galicia Symphony Orchestra has announced on its website 3 concerts related to film music for the next 23, 29 and 30 September.

The 23th at 20: 30h a special concert under the title Great Classics film at the Palace of the Opera A Coruña, containing the following works will be held:

The concert will be offered in collaboration with the Galician Audiovisual Academy, with the Galicia Symphony Orchestra conducted by José María Moreno.

On 29 and 30 September however the program will be different, as well as concerts (also performed in collaboration with the Galician Audiovisual Academy), it is scheduled a series of lectures, which will involve composers are held whose works will be interpreted, in order to bring a little more the process of composing and creating music for film and television to the general public.

The planned program of both concerts is as follows:

According to information currently available, it is expected to have at conferences attended by Luis Ivars, Xavi Font, Sergio Moure, Manu Riveiro, Nani García, Pascal Gaigne, Lucas Vidal and Fernando Velázquez.

The concert on the 29th will be held in Ferrol at 20: 30h in the Auditorium of Ferrol and the concert on the 30th will be in Ourense in the Municipal Auditorium of Ourense, although not yet have the tickets, nor it has given additional information about the conference.
